I don’t often get personal but I think it is important to know a bit more about who is there behind the camera! This is why I decided to share a story about my journey and my photography…

Fifteen years ago one late evening I was walking out of the office building located in the heart of Moscow. A lot of career climbers would wish to work there, and I have to admit I was very proud of being employed by this prestigious organization at a such a young age. The anticipation of quick career success, self-importance, financial abundance was taking my breath away. However, something felt different that night. I felt I was missing on something important…

I had hardly woken up when the night fell and because I was leaving the office so late I had no time for myself. Will I remember this day or will it merge with all similar days of my youth which will irrevocably pass by without leaving any precious memories and experiences? Am I spending the time given to me by this Universe in the right way? City lights were awakening my desire for freedom. The kaleidoscope of Moscow lights transformed into inspiring lights of Paris, London, New York, and being just 21 years old I believed that the whole world was waiting for me with a welcoming embrace and incredible opportunities.

I made decision to apply to Universities abroad and was admitted by one of the most prestigious colleges in the world - Imperial College London. From that moment I was captured by the flow of life and carried to various destinations around the world. Life in Russia, England, France, Hungary, USA and lots of traveling around the continents offered me exceptional moments, valuable experience and life-changing acquaintances.

While exploring the world I was very much focused on building my career. However the birth of my first daughter completely changed my priorities. I could no longer give my whole time to satisfying professional ambitions. I needed to find the balance between my new role as a mom and desire for self-development and creation. This is how I decided to take a challenge and to build my own project around my passion for portrait photography.

Today I live in Charlotte, NC. I am a wife to my husband, a mom to two wonderful girls and the owner of Photography business that is like another baby to me as I give it all my heart and soul!

Photography for me is more than the beautiful images. It is about experience, building self-confidence and promoting self-love and self-acceptance. All this is very transformational as self-acceptance is a primary step towards success and genuine happiness. I aim to offer empowering experience to anyone who comes into my studio wether it is for business or for personal photo shoot!

I have experienced such photoshoot myself when celebrating my 35th birthday. And it was the best gift I could ever make for myself! I will cherish this experience forever and my kids will own beautiful portraits of their mother.
