Get on the phone with photographer before booking your session. This should be someone you feel at ease with and someone who can guide you through posing and expressions.
2. Have a good rest before the shoot and stay hydrated to feel energized
3. Wear the clothes you love and do professional hair and makeup to feel at your best
4. Accept being the center of attention and enjoy the moment! Be playful, pretend you are a movie star or famous public figure and have fun!
5. Think about relaxing your jaw, fingers and imagine that instead of the lens you are looking at your friend or partner - someone you are very comfortable with.
